Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. My name is Shirley and I am the office manager at Dr. Azar’s orthodontic office. I have worked with Dr. Azar since she opened her office in 1998. I have worked in the dental field for over 40 years and I feel like this office is part of my extended family. I look forward to helping each patient and their family have a positive and fun experience at our office. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband Larry, my two daughters, and my two grandchildren. I also love to read, do gardening, and to hang out with my dog, rabbit, cats and chicken.

Treatment Coordinator
My name is Millie and I am the Treatment Coordinator at Dr. Azar’s orthodontic office. I have worked in the dental field for over 15 years and I have worked with Dr. Azar since 2008. I started working as a clinical assistant prior to being a Treatment Coordinator, so I feel that I can really help patients understand every step of what they will experience when they start with their treatment. I love spending time with my son, Riqy. In my free time, we love everything related to baseball and Disney. I also enjoy laughing, dancing, traveling, hiking and spending time with my family and friends.

Scheduling Coordinator
My name is Sara and I am the scheduling coordinator at Dr. Azar’s orthodontic office. I have worked with Dr. Azar since 2010. I know from experience how much a smile can transform a person, because I was Dr. Azar’s patient when I was a teenager. Having my teeth straightened and getting the smile I always wanted was a great experience for me. I want to be able to be part of that same positive experience for our patients. In my free time I enjoy hiking, shopping and spending time with my family.

My name is Danielle and I am the scheduling coordinator at Dr. Azar’s orthodontic office. I have worked with Dr. Azar since 2009. I really love interacting with our patients and I strive to offer the absolute best customer service and to make sure our patients feel as welcome as possible. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Robert and our son, Nicholas. We love going to the beach, camping, traveling, and spending quality time together.

Getting to know our patients and their parents is the best part of my job. I want to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable in our office. I really enjoy the orthodontic field and I love knowing that I’m helping to create beautiful smiles. My favorite part of my job is seeing the patients get their braces off and get excited about their beautiful straight teeth. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and spending time with my goddaughter.
